Science tells us this is not the way to lose weight in a healthy way. I want women to look and feel better for the rest of their lives and that won’t happen over night. People need to be told the truth, not some lie about a magic pill or that they can get down to that perfect size by just skipping a meal a day.’

The author is a Master Trainer, performance nutrition specialist and fitness trainer with over 20 years of experience in helping women and men transform their bodies.

At the event, Catherine claimed that ‘my book wants to give a method to women over 40 so they can work out and lose weight effectively.’

Based on the reviews that i have read, this book got five stars so I went ahead and bought the kindle version for myself and I find it to be very useful and practical. Although it is A Women’s Guide to Weight Loss & Fitness be sure to remember that it is written to Transform Your Body After 40
