How To Do Walking Dumbbell Lunges
- Get two dumbbells, one in each hand and find a nice area where you can walk for about 20 feet unobstructed.
- Start with one foot, simply step forward (walk) as far as you can without straining while keeping the dumbbells hanging down in both hands at your sides.
- Continue to alternate steps for about 10 steps on each leg.
How To Do The Squats
- Stand upright with a relaxed spine with your feet shoulder-width apart.
- Slowly lower your body as if to sit in a chair.
- Keep your weight directly over your heels or mid-foot.
- Lower your body to about 90 degrees of knee flexion.
- Hold this position, then you slowly return to the upright position.
How To Do The Lying Butt Bridge
- Lie flat on your back on a floor mat with your knees bent pointing up to the ceiling and then place your arms at your sides.
- Then raise your pelvis up toward the ceiling to the point where your body is at about a 45 degree angle relative to the floor mat.
- At this point, be sure to squeeze butt muscles as tight as you can for about a 10-count. Then return to the start position and then repeat for 8 to 10 times.
