Another way to build lean muscle mass is to incorporate cardio into your most basic of exercises and you can do that by simply by adding a dumbbell to your nu-weighted squats or your nu-weighted lunges.
You can simply take a dumbbell and turn this into a cardio exercise by increasing your speed, so you will do this exercise until your heart rate goes up, this way you get your resistance training, you are getting lean muscle mass and you are getting your heart rate into the cardio zone and you burn more fat faster
