“I specialise in women’s training and I also work on the outside of the body,” she says.

“We’ve been training together for about a year now and the transformation in her shape has been amazing. The results were clear within a month. Halle is happier than ever and has a beautiful body.”

Nat, who is famed for ‘sculpting’ her clients shapes, says that Halle has trained incredibly hard over the past year, working on becoming leaner and more toned, whilst maintaining her amazing curves.

“When she came to me, she wanted to remain feminine,” she says. “She didn’t want to look bulky or have big muscles. I made her thighs thinner and longer.

“I changed her shoulders and lengthened her arms and triceps. I also firmed the butt, whilst keeping it round. Every area we wanted to change, we did!  If you look at the Oscars where she wore that beautiful Marchesa dress, you can tell!

The ‘Monster’s Ball’ star, who is engaged to actor Olivier Martinez, is known for her sexy red carpet outfits and Nat says she is feeling more confident than ever when it comes to showing off her curves.

“It’s daring at 45 years old to show your body, but Halle can really pull that off now. She looks ten years younger.”

Nat Bardonnet unique and intense workouts involve an hour to an hour and a half session three or four times a week, where she concentrates on working as many of Halle’s muscles as possible.

“I always push and always make it harder… I’ll also do the same muscle with different exercises. I keep the heart rate up. For example I might do squats and then go straight into lunges.

“Or, if I am working on the butt we will also work the upper body at the same time. Generally, we work the muscle and then right away, we lengthen it.

“What I do is to burn and lengthen and its hard work but Halle never complains. She says ‘bring it on, lets do it!’ For relaxation, she might have massages.”

When it comes to her diet, Nat says that Halle Berry, who is a diabetic, has that area covered and eats very well.

“She has to be good about eating the right things. For me, diet and nutrition are a big part of my training anyway, and then with Halle I don’t need to change anything.

“I may say to her not to eat protein after a workout as we don’t want to build the muscle. I may also suggest consuming vitamins and things like, but Halle knows what to do.”
